Dragon's Shot

Ingredients:

1 cl Roasted Apple

1 cl Sticky Toffee

1 cl High Proof

1 cl cream

A pinch of cinnamon

Recipe:

1. Fill a shot glass with the "Roasted Apple" as a base

2. Mix the "Sticky Toffee" and cream briefly in a shaker and pour over the Roasted Apple. Top with High Proof and sprinkle with cinnamon - a bit of skill and speed are required.
