We deliver within The Netherlands to your specified billing address or to a different delivery address. The delivery will take place within 2-4 working days after the order, if the delivery address is complete and a successful receipt of money has been registered. If goods are not available despite prior checking, we will contact you immediately with a solution.

Vanwege drukke periodes is het mogelijk dat onze bezorgtijden iets anders zijn dan jullie van ons gewend zijn.
We doen ons best om vertragingen te voorkomen en proberen een snelle levertijd te garanderen, maar reguliere verzending kan iets langer duren dan normaal

Shipping costs
A fee of €5.90 will be charged for packaging and shipping within The Netherlands. From a value of goods of €70 or over the delivery within the Netherlands is free of charge.

Where is my package at the moment?

With the shipping confirmation email we send you a link where you can track the status of your Postnl package online. It can take up to 24 hours to display the tracking data.

Does your track & trace link say your package is 'retour'? Then please contact us at info@odonnell.nl and we'll solve the situation.
