A handful of cherries
75 g sugar
6 sprigs of rosemary
8 cl water
15 cl maté
6 cl Very Cherry
3 cl High Proof
This recipe is enough for 3 drinks.
1. Set aside 3 cherries and 3 sprigs of rosemary and then half and pit all the cherries.
2. Put the halved and pitted cherries, sprigs of rosemary, water and sugar in a shaker and fill it with 3 ice cubes. Shake well for a minute and strain into a container.
3. Fill the glasses with plenty of ice cubes and then pour in 2 cl Very Cherry and 1 cl High Proof. Now pour the remaining 3 cl of the Very Cherry and rosemary water in each glass. Then fill up with 5 cl maté and top up with tonic water.
4. Decoration: the cherries and sprigs of rosemary you have set aside.
