O'Donnell Sour

O'Donnell Sour


  • 6 cl Blood Orange
  • 6 cl rum
  • 3 cl lemon juice
  • 1 egg white (fresh)
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange zest


1. In a shaker, muddle the Blood Orange, rum, lemon juice and egg white until the egg white is nice and frothy.

2. Then add the ice cubes and shake for 30 seconds

3. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with the orange zest
